Shipping & Orders
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Processing your order, manufacturing our products, and shipping (free of charge) take our team 3 to 5 business days. We strive to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, the rest of your order will arrive soon.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER
Is there an issue with UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx? Lost, broken, or damaged package? With our secure shipping, FullTropic handles disputes on your behalf. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don’t blame the carrier and leave you to sort it out. Instead, we take full responsibility and will immediately send a replacement at no extra cost to you. Cancellation & Returns
Can I Modify My Order?
Yes, you can modify your order as long as it has not yet been marked as “processing.” To make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fulltropic.com.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order! If your order is already being prepared, a cancellation fee of 40% of the purchase price will apply. Feel free to contact us at support@fulltropic.com; our team will do their best to accommodate your needs!
I Want to Return an Item
We can only accept returns if there is a verified defect in the product. Our items undergo rigorous quality checks before shipping. However, if your product has any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the item (preferably in its original packaging) to support@fulltropic.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
